Thanks for trying to help out with changing our tire in your parking lot!
Been here a couple times with the free frosty coupons they have. The pretzel bun burger I got was legit. But the thing I really noticed is that the crew working the Drive Thru were awesome. Super kind, fun to talk to, and just cheerful. Really appreciated!
The burger meat in my double tasted freezer burned though it was hot and fresh and I ate it all! Fries great. Coke watery. Staff at window was so happy that it made me hope food was good. Too bad. Give me Whataburger.

Wendy's in Richardson remains a popular spot for locals, known for its friendly staff and consistently fresh, hot food. Customers often praise the cleanliness of the restaurant and the attentive, welcoming service, especially at the self-service stations where they are served wonderfully each time. The staff frequently greet customers with a smile and make the experience enjoyable. The food, including crispy fries and the Mushrooms burger, is a highlight, with many enjoying their promotions and special options like unique soda choices such as cream soda and lemonade. Though the kitchen can be busy and loud at times, the overall atmosphere is positive. The management has shown dedication, sometimes going beyond to fix issues like expired coupons or app mistakes. The morning crew is particularly appreciated for their excellent customer service, making this Wendy's stand out from others in the area.
