Panda Express is a popular restaurant known for its exceptional customer service. The staff is attentive and accommodating, often going the extra mile to ensure customers receive fresh and high-quality food, even offering to wait for a new batch to be prepared. The menu features classic dishes like Kung Pao Chicken and chow mein, which are consistently delicious. While there may be a wait at times, the efficient cooks work quickly to restock the food. Customers praise the positive attitude of the staff, with one reviewer highlighting the excellent service provided by Melvin. However, some have noted inconsistencies in portion sizes, with one customer receiving fewer pieces of chicken than expected. The Cashew Shrimp is a particular favorite, and customers hope the restaurant will bring back the popular Black Pepper Chicken. Overall, Panda Express provides a satisfying dining experience with a focus on outstanding customer service.
