This location has been a place that we have recently visited, when we come back to Dallas, after visiting a doctor in Frisco.
The staff is friendly, and the wait time is minimal. The three times we have been there have been between 2 and 4 PM.
The food is good, and the fries are hot and fresh
The atmosphere is ok, but in most of our visits there are homeless people, or people just hanging out to use the WIFI
We always look forward to visiting this location

Arby's offers fresh and amazing food, particularly known for its classic roast beef sandwich with Arby's Sauce and Horsey Sauce. Customers appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant and the efficient service, although there may be inconsistencies with providing the correct condiments. The dining area is described as clean and neat, and the service is quick and friendly. The curly fries are described as hot and crispy. Many families enjoy the kid-friendly atmosphere, including the great children's meal toys. Overall, it is a tradition for some, providing a great meal experience.
