This is probably the worst McDonalds I ever went. The manager is so rude, they are so slow, the place is so dirty. They never smile they have horrible music and they don’t care about you
What is the point of a mobile if y’all ganna make my order when I get there!?! Then give me a watered down, ice melted drink. I placed this order 20 minutes prior and added a pick up time. Get y’all’s stuff together because this is pathetic
I just had an absolutely terrible experience. The service during the evening shift is poor; I waited an extremely long time for my food, and then they handed me the drinks piecemeal—one every five minutes. The cashier—or manager, or whoever she was—wouldn't even make eye contact with the customers and practically threw the food onto the counter when handing it over. The manager and staff are working hard, going above and beyond their duties by quickly providing quality food despite being packed with customers. Recently, customers have praised the restaurant for amazing service, friendly attitudes, and fresh food. One customer mentioned that after some previous issues with order accuracy and food freshness, the team got everything right during their visit at 9:20 pm on 3/5/2025, doing an awesome job. However, there have been some negative experiences, such as a drive-through customer waiting for coffee while the cashier staff was too busy chatting and forgot sugar packets. Some staff members were seen having personal conversations and badmouthing the manager, which was unprofessional. Despite these problems, the fries were noted as being fresh during one visit. The location does not offer vegetarian options, serving mainly junk food. Overall, the manager and team are appreciated for their efforts during the crisis.
