Boudin balls usually come with two sauces recently but we were only given one. They also could not find my order because I accidentally ordered off of this email and it doesn’t say my real name, but the card I purchased with does. Impressive while totally packed. Very nice and attentive staff. Patrons are multi-generational and there was a great happy buzz in the air. Why advertise? They are packed every night… and now I know why!Strawberry Margarita:Delicious. Perfect thickness and texture, normal strength (you can taste the tequila), and it doesn’t melt too fast. I recommend these over a swirl.Red Salsa:Delicious, not sweet or bitter. Just perfect! Nice tight small chop on everything (not puréed), great flavor and balance of every ingredient you expect. (There is also a darker version I did not try.)Tortillas:Super fresh, handmade, and only minutes off the grill when you get them. Awesome! (They last perfect in a ziplock.)Beef Enchiladas:Perfect! In both cases, the management and staff could not possibly have worked any harder to make our visit perfect. The service is always outstanding.We both ordered specials the night we went for dinner. I had the beef Wellington and my wife had the venison with some sort of blueberry sauce. Both dishes were excellent. We arrived fairly late but never felt at all rushed by the staff or servers even though we have appetizers, mains, and finally dessert and coffee.The second trip was for brunch. We thought we had made our selections from the online brunch menu but when we arrived we learned we could also order from the dinner menu AND there were also specials. Again, the service and food were excellent.I must mention that Mignon is expensive, but I always leave feeling very satisfied with the food and service received. The best reference I can make is that we are headed there again tomorrow for brunch.“

“I'm a sour girl and this place hit the spot! They had plenty of options I ended up with the mango sour which came with a tajin rim and I loved that. Everyone said try the pickle michelada, but I kind of forgot, so definitely going back for that. The brewery opens up to the truck yard which has plenty of outdoor seating, live music, actual food truck options and fire pits for when it's cooler out. Definitely great place to hang out for the day/evening.“

Came with cream cheese, guacamole, and poco de gallo. The quesadillas were very fairly priced at $11 for 4 nicely filled triangles. But some of the items on the menu did seem on the upper end, not sure how big the meals are though.Not to mention the location, very cute square outside with lots of outdoor seating and pretty landscape away from the bustle of the busy streets.Definitely recommend!“

“Chances are, if the Menu is small, you can bet that it is Legit Italian. We have been to Dough several times, and every single visit makes us want to return again and again. Food, Service, and Ambiance are all on point here! Jason and Terry are rockstars and always ensure we have everything we need. You can't go wrong with just about anything on the Menu. The Italian Margarita is just perfect and the Insalata Mixta and Margherita Pizza are reminiscent of dining in Italy. The Tiramisu is the best in DFW imo. You'll have to come try it for yourself. Your opinion and/or experience may be different. Creating the full-bodied flavor, texture, and just the right ratio to achieve the crust and chew from the Italian-imported 00 Flour is both an art and skill. The intimate interior dining space and relaxed Neapolitan Vibe are welcoming and why we choose to return for subsequent visits. What I DON'T appreciate are the judgmental glares from other patrons. This is 2024 - if you can't appreciate [or at the very least acknowledge] diversity, you need to stay home!“

I didn't have high expectations for the food to be that good since it looked more like a boba cafe (as it was decorated really floral and pretty) and was a bar after all, but the food stood out on its own as well! The kimchi pork, rabokki, fish soup, creamy seafood pasta were SO good-- and I could actually imagine myself coming back here just for the food itself haha.
