“I can't believe I forgot to review this even tho when me and my family eat here almost every time we come to the food court. My mom and dad LOVE their spicy seafood soup. It does take awhile for it to come out. But it's worth it because it's fresh, and comes out piping hot. Since my mom is getting older she can't tolerate spicy as much anymore. And they offered to do half spicy or just a little bit of spicy into the soup. So I really appreciate that, plus they're nice!“

“Delanna is by far our favorite server around and food is always amazing . We drive 45 minutes to Dallas just to come see her and visit the Preston Hollow location . She is truly such a joy to see and radiates such positive energy. She is very attentive, professional, and never fails to go above and beyond. The customer service industry needs more people like her! We will continue to recommend this location to our friends and family!“

“With the recent ramen boom, finding tonkotsu ramen in the US isn't rare anymore. But as someone from Kyushu—the birthplace of tonkotsu—I can say that the broth here is the real deal. It’s the authentic, original tonkotsu soup done right.
The thin noodles catch the broth perfectly, and the chashu pork is delicious too.
On top of that, the restaurant is clean and comfortable, and the service is fast. The price is surprisingly affordable—under $20 even when you order extra noodles (Oomori).
It truly brings that classic Japanese ramen shop experience—affordable, delicious, clean, and reliable—right here to Dallas.“

“Great food and awesome atmosphere. I’ve been to Japan half a dozen times and this is just like an Izakaya in Japan and the food is very similar, maybe even better. Just keep in mind you might have to wait 30 min if you’re here in the evening. Whatcha gonna do though, it’s a good place and good food, so you gotta wait.“

“We’ve been coming here for about a year ever since we discovered the beef udon, and it quickly became a favorite for our whole family. We would come specifically for the beef udon because we really loved it.
Unfortunately, a little while ago the restaurant changed the minced beef to sliced steak, and we were already disappointed with that change. Today, we found out that the beef udon has been completely removed from the menu.
It’s really unfortunate because that was the main reason we kept coming back. We understand that menus change, but we’re sad to see our favorite dish go. Unfortunately, we’ll now have to look for another place that serves a similar beef udon. We really hope they consider bringing it back someday.“

“Great experience! ordered food on a kiosk and got to see picutres/price of each meal. Such a delicious Ramen place with amazing service. Definitely recommend the tenders for kids 👌🏽 and bao's for appetizers. Also had fun with their gaming machines, won 2 prizes! 😁“

“Walking in I was immediately greeted and sat to the bar. Once ordered, the food took very little time to come out, and the salad and miso soup came out nearly right away. I recommend the Bento Box if you're looking for enough food to save for later at an exceptionally low price!
Prices are fair if not the most affordable options around.

“Delicious “fireside cooking” or Robatayaki in which items of food on skewers are slow-grilled over hot charcoal. Liver, hart, tongue etc. the fresh items, Sashimi and Sushi are excellent as well. Wonderful services from owner and her staff. Sushi chef’s are excellent prepared sushi at the bar. Love cozy atmosphere as well.“

“This was my first time at JINYA and it was such a great experience. Sol greeted and sat us immediately. She gave great recommendations. We had to order the pork gyoza based her recommendation. It was so good! We also tried the shrimp wanton ramen and the tonkotsu original ramen and both were amazing. Sol always stayed on top of what we needed before we knew we needed it. Definitely will be coming back!“
