“Please give it a chance and ignore any bad reviews from people being upset about stuff they could of easily figured out them selves. My FAVORITE ramen spot. No other place compares and I’ve been to a lot of them. Me and my wife literally drive from Fort Worth to eat here atleast twice a month but I make sure to stop here any time I have to be in the area. I will say I never leave a tip, it isn’t a tip type of service in my opinion but it’s still great. You serve your own water and get your plates when your # is called (pretty simple). Spice RESPONSIBLY lol, I ate here maybe 10 times before I even tried spicing it and finally worked my self up to Demon today.. ( don’t try it unless you want to suffer, the spice before this was pretty bad as well ) but I finished it all.“

“Came here for ramen and started with pork buns based on reviews. They did not disappoint! The pork was tender and incredibly flavorful -!; the pickled. I umbers added a nice snap! The ramen was delicious, as well. We will be back!“

“This is such an underrated place! Came here for a quick sushi fix and was blown away by the quality of their food. We ordered salmon avocado, shrimp tempura roll, snow mountain roll, and sex on the beach roll. The fish to rice ratio is on point, and everything tasted really fresh. The staff were all so warm and welcoming!! Will definitely come back again“

“Has variety of options for my food mood! Singapore noodles, gyoza, Korean bbq bento box, ramen noodles, salmon sashimi, sushi are several I cycle through as my faves! They expanded their business and I saw another section that looks like it’s karaoke or something. Haven’t tried that yet. Great food, friendly service, decent prices.“

I was quite surprised by the location of this restaurant at first, however, the amazing aromas that followed quickly settled my concerns. The gentleman standing behind the counter taking my order always had a smile on his face and genuinely seemed to be enjoying his job. His hospitality was immaculate and genuinely made my day. “Nishiki Ramen did not disappoint! On our first visit, we started with edamame and pork gyoza. For entrees, we ordered chicken ramen and pork ramen. Both were very tasty. The service was attentive and the food was delivered to our table quickly. We will be back!“

“Moriya’s homemade curry is soooooo good. It absolutely hits the spot for me every time… rich, comforting, and packed with deep umami flavor. And their frothy tonkotsu broth is so unique too… creamy, flavorful, and just delicious. Beware that seating is limited and service can be slow at peak hours.“

“Delicious “fireside cooking” or Robatayaki in which items of food on skewers are slow-grilled over hot charcoal. Liver, hart, tongue etc. the fresh items, Sashimi and Sushi are excellent as well. Wonderful services from owner and her staff. Sushi chef’s are excellent prepared sushi at the bar. Love cozy atmosphere as well.“
