The best ramen in Dallas! We came in for lunch around noon on a Friday and the place was hopping, but we were sat right away. Ordered the beets and Brussels sprouts as a starter and they were delicious. They are served with a tasty sweet sauce and cashews. The cocktails are STRONG so keep that in mind. Loved this establishment and the best service by Jen... She is now my favorite server with great attention and attention to detail. My first experience is now memorable due to the highest quality of food, drinks, and service. It's definitely an inviting atmosphere with an amazing aesthetic that invites a conversation and engagement. I can not say how comfortable and pleasant this business eminates from the first walk in the door. Please take it from a newbie and a transplant.

After going to numerous ramen restaurants all over DFW, and all over CA and OR, this by far (along side the fw location) the best ramen I’ve had overall, and I am extremely picky with good ramen typically.
