My boyfriend and I came here for date night, and the first thing we noticed was the immaculate interior design! Great color choices, great ambiance. When I visited, this was almost a brand new restaurant in Greenville. I love trying new restaurants whenever I'm back in Dallas, and it makes me so happy to see such beautiful and elevated restaurants open in my hometown. Via Triozzi has a gorgeous interior, and they make use of the space really nicely. You can even see where and how they handmake their pasta near the front of the restaurant. It has been a few weeks and I thought I'd already reviewed but here it goes! The food was delicious. I can see why it's not easy to get reservations! But do not fear. They are opening a rooftop patio soon! We got a personal tour. It's going to be awesome! A lot of the photos/paintings have personal meaning to the owner/head chef. I enjoyed seeing her love of food and her love of family and how they both found a home at Via Triozzi!
