Ramen Kabukiya is located within the Mitsuwa supermarket's food court and features stylish Japanese-style paintings on the walls, adding a cool ambiance. The tonkotsu ramen and soy sauce ramen are localized for the American palate, with milder flavors and softer noodles. While not traditional, the ramen is easy to eat and fits well within the food court setting. The fried rice is also decent.
