A tiny lil family operated eatery inside the Shin Chon Market. The service is impeccable and super friendly.The self serve kiosk is an easy and convenient option for easy ordering & payment. We've been trying to find the best ramen in Dallas and I think I've found it! They are brand new and you won't know it's there unless you know it's there. The owner/ chef is from Yokihama. I tried the double garlic black tonkatsu with extra chashu. It was incredible! The broth was so rich with an incredible depth of flavor. I almost cried...jk. I was in literal ramen heaven! We got combo c with Jiro Ramen and mentai don! As you can see the bowl was piled high! The noodle had a good bite to it and broth super flavorful. Best bowl of ramen I've had in Dallas to date.
