I came because of the raving reviews from Yelp and Google, and I was not disappointed one bit! I ordered at their self-serve kiosk, and my order was ready very quickly. The workers are lovely, they thanked everyone who dined with them and had a pleasant, family oriented- welcoming vibe overall. The food was amazing, well flavored & I really appreciated how they give you options on spice levels. I loved everything about the experience. I think we just found our new ramen place for when we're in the area!

BEST RAMEN IN DALLAS? What a great surprise! I had never heard of this place and its 10 min from my clinic located on Harry Hines. The owner is Japanese, wife Korean and not only are they very kind and friendly, the Ramen is AMAZING! They will be celebrating their 1 year open next month! Support these guys if you are in the area!

I came with my good friend and was not sure what to expect but this restaurant inside the Shin Chon grocery store's food court is a gem of a find. The food was delicious and the prices were the most reasonable ones I have seen for ramen and curry in the city. The staff prepared the food quickly and we scarfed it all down just as fast. The only thing to point out is that it was kind of hard to find the place so you need to search for the Shin Chon grocery store.Parking: Moriya shokudo is inside a grocery store so you use the Shin Chon grocery store parking outside.

Man, I’m from Japan and I was impressed!I have been disappointed by most other Japanese restaurants in DFW area, but not this one. It really reminded me of down the street Teishoku place in Japan.I can say everything we tried was good and Authentic. We ordered Katsudon and Miso Ramen + Spicy chashu set. Katsudon was juicy and flavorful. Ramen was better than some ramen restaurants I have been to in Tokyo.I can’t wait to go back to try other things!

I personally never leave a review for any place. But this place has the most authentic style that closely mimics Japanese ramen that I have tried in Japan. Despite its in a sort of rundown inside of a Korean market.I ordered the Jiro ramen combo with the salmon topping rice. The jiro ramen catches the spirit of jiro-kei ramen with thick noodles, flavorful salty tonkotsu broth, two piece of homemade chashu, plentiful bean sprouts and cabbage, and finally super garlicky shredded and black garlic on top.The combo side of salmon rice bowl is very filling with a generous amount of rice and salmon toppings with drizzle of mayonnaise. The whole place seems to be run by just two friendly couples, and it may take some time for food to come out during rush hour. But it's definitely worth the wait.

The amount of food is too small compared to the quality. The size is suitable for women to eat. Food taste is not bad.It was too expensive for such a small amount of ramen....Probably barely enough for females...food was good though!
5 stars for their awesome food and great customer service. (BTW…They are located inside of the food market store)

A tiny lil family operated eatery inside the Shin Chon Market. The service is impeccable and super friendly. The self serve kiosk is an easy and convenient option for easy ordering & payment. The staff was always there to help with any questions on the order. The Gyoza is a must try. We regretted only getting 6 pieces :D.The ramen bowls were really large and tasted great. Would love to try the different creations from the menu in the future. The curry dishes look very appetizing.Pricing : ModerateWill I return? : For sure!!!

Food is amazing it is 5 stars! When I came in with my family to the register, I was immediately told to use the kiosk. Today I witnessed double standard in customer service. They did not want to serve us. Our intention from the beginning was for dine in. When we got our food it was to go. We told them it was supposed to be for Dine in. They did nothing about it, they just gave us our bag. As a Buisness if you observe a family eating in your restaurant with to go items, it good hospitality to ask, can I get you plates. It’s hard to miss us as we sat a few feet in front of them, We were the only people at the time, and restaurant was not busy. After them not acknowledging our needs, we had to ask for plates ourselves. When other white customers came in, they happily served them, and catered to there needs. They came back and forth to their table. The White customers received a friendlier experience and it true. They received the experience every paying customer should have. Like I said, If you are a White, enjoy ! If you are Black be ready to receive mediocre service.Kid-friendliness: Hospitality not the best

We've been trying to find the best ramen in Dallas and I think I've found it! They are brand new and you won't know it's there unless you know it's there. The owner/ chef is from Yokihama. I tried the double garlic black tonkatsu with extra chashu. It was incredible! The broth was so rich with an incredible depth of flavor. I almost cried...jk. I was in literal ramen heaven! They make kimchi as well and it was so good. My friends ordered other stuff which was great but you can't go wrong! Highly recommend but I'm afraid they will get too busy and lose their edge! Haha. Seriously, I want them to be busy and show what good ramen really tastes like!
