It was our first time here, and we will definitely be back. I ordered the Kyushu Tonkotsu. I was surprised on how flavorful the broth was. The noodles were the perfect consistency. The pork belly had a charred edge, which was new to me. I really enjoyed it. We ordered from the kiosk. I loved how much options you can choose to customize your order. I rate my dish a 5 star. I love the food. Do far everything I have tried here has been amazing. Also love the creamy melon soda. Its set up very industrial and if you eat there it can get really loud
The ramen is very good, with lots of noodles to stuff you and super thick chashu pork included. I'd say the Richardson location is better than the Dallas location.
Just a warning, the service is almost non-existent and half the time the employees are lowkey cranky, but the food is too good not to give 5 stars.
