Wonderful Chef and Wife Owners with amazing food with the best quality fish. We had the pleasure of attending a fresh sushi preparation class and it was the best Tuna I have ever had!!!
Will come back again. Must see for yourself.
The food is great and the service is great. we love their sushi and sashimi. the place is very clean. our server is very pleasant.

Based on reviews, Yama Izakaya & Sushi offers amazing sushi, with the seared salmon belly with spicy soy sauce, Philadelphia, tropical dragon and sundae rolls, and the Creamy Seafood Udon being highly recommended. The ambiance is tranquilizing, with great music playing. Service is often excellent and attentive, though some reviews note service can be not so great. The food is consistently good and hits a high standard. It has become a go-to spot since the renovation, and is a nice hangout spot. While a little pricey, the restaurant is a great spot for a party of two or a large group of 20+ people.
