The black bean noodles were the best in the DFW area, and the soybean noodles were delicious and nutty. The spicy pork had fine flavor but was pretty chewy, and scissors are recommended. Guests should be careful of the spicy level, as level 4 burnt a mouth. The complimentary radish and kimchi paired great. Portions are big, the flavors are bold, and the whole experience is easy and satisfying.
