Frisco BaseCamp Restaurant & Bar, known as the Best Nepali Restaurant in Frisco, offers a mix of experiences. The food is absolutely amazing, with dishes like the momo platter, chow mein, onion pakoda, chat items, and the Buff Sukuti khaja set. The chai is prepared fresh and worth the wait. However, the momo platter filling for each type is identical, and the chicken meat is a bit dry. The interior is dark and looks like a bar/karaoke hall, and the TV can be blaring at a high volume with near constant audio feedback, making dining in overwhelming. For this reason, getting the food to go is highly recommended to keep the business alive. The service is outstanding, with staff like Ritu, Aria, and Anisha being welcoming, attentive, sweet, kind, and bringing warmth and positive energy. The live music by Shylesh and his friends, including a pianist and guitarist, is fantastic and creates a wonderful atmosphere. Overall, this new gem exceeds expectations and is a must-visit for great food, drinks, and friendly service.
