“We recently visited this restaurant to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and it turned out to be an amazing experience! The food was absolutely awesome — every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The drinks were also really good and perfectly prepared, which made our celebration even more enjoyable.

A special mention to Kriti, who served us. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our time there. Her service truly added to the overall experience and made the birthday celebration even more special.

“Without a doubt, had the best cauliflower fry here. It has the right amount of crunch and they are cut to the right size and I just couldn't stop taking bite after bite. Portion size was also generous. Chef recommended this item and I think its called Chennai Chili Gobi. Another recommendation was Goat curry which was also exceptional.“

Purnima, a kind soul and genuinely nice person has started this initiative to bring in the best of products all the way from Pune! The line of brand includes Sohum Udyog, Ganesh Bhel, Gore Bandhu, etc! I was not quite aware about majority of the brands but I could quickly judge the taste and quality of the products once tried. “Clean place with great customer service. Food is awesome - yet to taste everything though as they full menu may not be available when went. We tried the Chhole Puri, Utthapam, Rava Dosa so far. Food could be slightly less spicy pls. The food is priced fine - it cost same or higher at same places. If one is comparing to cheaper mess or canteen like places pls note that food there is stale, reheated curries and made in unhygienic conditions too.“

“The food was good, but the management and service were very disappointing. I had to call the staff 3–5 times just to place my order and ask simple questions.

It seemed like only two employees were actually working, while the others were standing in a corner chatting. This is not the level of service customers should expect.

My order was also incomplete—I didn’t receive the chutneys, and there weren’t enough spoons or forks provided.

I hope the management addresses these service issues, as the quality of the food is being overshadowed by the poor customer experience.“

“This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I recently tried their weekend lunch buffet. It was excellent, with a wide variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
The service was outstanding—definitely 5/5. A lady staff member and a tall gentleman (around 6 feet) were especially friendly, attentive, and provided exceptional service.
The ambience was pleasant, and the restaurant, including the restrooms, was very clean and well maintained. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!“

“Food takes a little longer to reach your table, but it's definitely worth the wait. We tried different biryanis, and each one was delicious. The prices are slightly higher compared to other nearby restaurants, but the quality justifies the cost.

One thing to keep in mind is that the service can be a bit slow. However, the staff is friendly and courteous. They did miss one of my items initially, but as soon as I pointed it out, they corrected the mistake promptly. Overall, it was a good dining experience, and I'd recommend this place if you don't mind waiting a little for great food.“

“We've been to Kailash Parbat multiple times, and the food has never disappointed us. We've tried a wide variety of dishes, especially almost everything from their Chaat Baar menu, and the flavors are consistently authentic with a true North Indian taste. Overall the food is flavorful, fresh, and very satisfying.

Unfortunately, the service has been consistently disappointing across multiple visits. A few examples:

* After handing us the menus, the server returned within seconds asking if we were ready to order, without giving us enough time to even look through the menu.
* On another occasion, our plates were cleared without anyone asking whether we had finished eating.
* More than once, the check was brought to the table and we were asked for our payment card while we were still eating, which made us feel rushed.

It's unfortunate because the food deserves much better service. If the restaurant can improve the dining experience and stop making guests feel hurried, it would easily be one of our favorite vegetarian restaurants. That said, if you can overlook the service, the authentic flavors alone make Kailash Parbat worth visiting.“

Tried both veg and non veg dishes and they are outstandingly tasty. Food is always freshly made. “Swadeshi plaza at Frisco is a very good restaurant in terms of the taste of food and the number of items on the menu. just not that but we are very glad as they have supplied food to around 160 students at UNT Denton, these are the students who suffered due to the historic snow storm in Texas. the team at Swadeshi were very helpful as they were able to meet our need within a very short notice period. We, Indian students at UNT are very thankful for team Swadeshi's helping hand during these hard times ✌️“
