The customer service was unwelcoming and cold! I wanted to buy a chai latte but I guess that wasn’t enough business for them.
Absolutely unacceptable experience at @simplysouthfrisco right now. My thali had hair in it, which is beyond disgusting and shows a complete lack of basic hygiene. What’s worse is that the manager didn’t care at all and made no effort to fix the problem. This level of negligence should not be tolerated. Customers deserve safe food and responsible ownership.
