We prefer milder, so we always ask for mild food and they prep to that spice level which is appreciated and we recently had their chef special dish that's not on the menu yet, paneer majestic and it tasted very good. “We had a friends get together and wanted to choose a restaurant equi distant to everyone in different Dallas cities and found this. .. this one surely was a great pick .. a perfect Indian / Andhra style restaurant .. location wise it was good . Lots of parking outside and lots of seats inside to sit and eat . The ambience wasn’t the best but it was ok for us . Service was top notch .. the girl taking orders , exactly knew our pulse and suggested some good dishes for the whole gang .

Almost everything we ate was delicious . Starters - peanut masala superbb , chicken 65 was good and crispy and the best was the baby corn starter . It was super good and we had to repeat order that one ..

Goat curry had great flavors and the meat was juicy . Road side fried rice was a stunner . Haven’t had this one in a long time . Chicken curry was also good . 👍. Spice levels were apt for all of us to enjoy a good meal.

“I was blown away by this place. They were on the more expensive side and also had to pay extra because they ahd a show going also. But it was beyond worth it. Not only was the meal amazing but the show was also fantastic. The waiter in charge of us was very patient considering the table had a few problems with food or drink (one person's meal was a bit too spicy for them but they offered to change out the dish for something less spicy and my drink was a bit too bitter) the food was amazing and although I can't remember the name of what I ordered to dish was flavorful and left me very satisfied. I ordered two drinks the first one was their cherry pineapple mule and I felt it was a well balanced drink, the second was a mojito that unfortunately I believe they over muddled the mint causing it to be pretty bitter but they did fix that for me. We ended up getting 2 dessert on menu and 2 of their birthday deserts. One was a pistachio cake that was good but was vastly over a shadowed by how amazing their sticky toffee was! That had the whole table raving. Our birthday brownies were good but after the sticky toffee I could hardly think to eat it. And as I said previously the service was amazing not only was our waiter a try great waiter the owner also made rounds around the restaurant checking in on customers. The drinks did get backed up a little at one point but but wasn't unexpected considering it was a full of house. One person at our table got one of their beers, though I couldnt tell you which one, and said it was the best beet she had in a while. All in all I plan on coming again at some point and could not give enough praise.“

We are new to the area and this place is pretty close to our house, so after a couple of beers at “Almost Home” we walked the 20ft to this place to give it a shot. We have no regrets. Sincerely, some of the best Indian food we have ever had. There’s some beers that aren’t on the menu that they should probably advertise more, but other than that the food and drink selection was great. “Friends of mine mentioned this location, and I had read positive reviews. The staff had headbands and gloves on, and the place looked immaculate when I visited last week. The mulbagal benne dosa and ghee podi idly that I ordered arrived promptly and were delicious. Together with the garlic naan, I also tasted some spicy Malai kofta and jackfruit panasapottu kurma, all of which were quite delicious. I enjoyed the greatest homemade sweet I've ever had, angur rabdi jamun, for dessert. It's beyond a doubt that vegetarians should visit this location.“

It seemed like only two employees were actually working, while the others were standing in a corner chatting. This is not the level of service customers should expect.

My order was also incomplete—I didn’t receive the chutneys, and there weren’t enough spoons or forks provided.

I hope the management addresses these service issues, as the quality of the food is being overshadowed by the poor customer experience.“

“We've been to Kailash Parbat multiple times, and the food has never disappointed us. We've tried a wide variety of dishes, especially almost everything from their Chaat Baar menu, and the flavors are consistently authentic with a true North Indian taste. Overall the food is flavorful, fresh, and very satisfying.

Unfortunately, the service has been consistently disappointing across multiple visits. A few examples:

* After handing us the menus, the server returned within seconds asking if we were ready to order, without giving us enough time to even look through the menu.
* On another occasion, our plates were cleared without anyone asking whether we had finished eating.
* More than once, the check was brought to the table and we were asked for our payment card while we were still eating, which made us feel rushed.

It's unfortunate because the food deserves much better service. If the restaurant can improve the dining experience and stop making guests feel hurried, it would easily be one of our favorite vegetarian restaurants. That said, if you can overlook the service, the authentic flavors alone make Kailash Parbat worth visiting.“
