Requirements shared over a text message for Satvik food for a group of around 20 people and they immediately understood what we want and ensured that every single item was prepared with great care. The snacks — medhu vada, ullivada, sukhiyan, and neyyappam — were pure comfort food. Perfectly done, crispy outside and soft inside, with authentic flavors in every bite.
