“We walked in to pick up a to go order and were warmly greeted. The server was kind to share some of the restaurant history and asked for a review, which as business owners, we like to oblige and want to help other businesses. He threw in a mango lassi with our order, which was not expected and SO delicious. All of our food was AMAZING and enough to have for lunch the next day. We ordered garlic naan, Gobi 65, Malabar with beef and veggies, chicken and lamb biryani.“

“Overall a good place to eat grand portions well done fairly priced although I was a little confused it seemed Mexican infused they mixed indian with Mexican ingredients like the added cilantro the toppings tomatoes corn? The sauce even was like a cross between mex salsa and tikka I like traditional Indian but for 9.99 Tikka bowl it's definitely something to try if your venturing in the victory park district.“

“Always always consistently good! We time our trips to Dallas to coincide with lunch here... any excuse! Highly recommend for two - Texas Sized Chicken Tikka Masala... medium/hot spice level., with Nan bread. Enjoy a lovely glass of Chardonnay with it, or try out the fantastic mango drink. Finish your meal with the ultra sweet gulab jamun, but request that it be heated. If that is too sweet, then maybe the rice pudding is for you! All yummy!!!!“

“Oh my god. This is the most delicious food I've had in a long time. We got the Samosa Chaat, Mughulai Chicken, and Garlic Naan. When I say I had this for the first time and couldn't stop thinking about it I'm not exaggerating. I was thinking about this place non-stop. I got within a 5 mile radius and I could not stop myself, I was already there. This food was so good, my mom called me and told me she loved me.“

“i wish this place was busier than they are because they deserve to be open and successful. yes, this isn’t authentic indian. But i didnt see that advertised anywhere. so no harm no foul.
my personal favorite is the achari paneer roll. love me some paneer!
i haven’t been here since 2024, so when i realized i would be near this location, i B-lined straight over.
and their paratha is quite good too! an important trademark of good indian style/inspired food.“

“Great India delivered an excellent dining experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and packed with authentic Indian spices. The chicken tikka masala was rich and creamy, the garlic naan was perfectly soft and buttery, and the biryani was aromatic and well-seasoned. Portions were generous, and every dish tasted homemade. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. If you’re craving authentic Indian cuisine with bold flavors, Great India is definitely worth a visit.

“A wonderful Indian buffet. Food was delicious and fresh. Perfect spicing. Curries were yummy. Soup was amazing. Loved the desserts. As a New Yorker and having tasted many Indian dishes, I recommend this restaurant . The owner Gil was charming. Since Covid many NYC restaurants no longer offer buffets. This was a real treat. 4 Minute walk from the Sonesta hotel.“

“It's a hub for southasian students with snacks. Many students got established in career after spending hours and hours here for not only drinking tea, but also for discussing homeworks, internship and job searches. With inflation, although the snacks and tea prices rose, they happily allow with giving complimentary free extra cups to share tea with friends! Their Gulab Jamun sweets in a box are still cheaper than any other restaurants.“

“Absolutely delicious! The food at Al Kabob tastes just like a home-cooked meal. It reminded me of my mom’s cooking. The portions are generous, especially the fried rice, and everything tastes fresh and authentic. The dishes have a little spice, but they’re packed with flavor. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!“

“Finally checked out Namak Indian Cuisine and honestly had a really good experience. I tried a few different dishes so I could get a little bit of everything, and the flavors were on point. The curries were rich and well seasoned without being crazy spicy, and the naan came out hot, soft, and perfect for soaking up the sauce. We also tried some appetizers to share, and everything tasted fresh and packed with flavor. The portions were generous too, so nobody left hungry lol. The staff was super friendly and helped us figure out what to order when we couldn’t decide. The restaurant had a nice, relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to sit back and enjoy the meal. The food took a little time to come out, but honestly it was worth the wait. Prices felt fair for the quality and portion sizes. Definitely a solid spot if you’re craving Indian food in Dallas, and I’d definitely come back to try more dishes.“
