I don't eat pizza unless I'm in New York or Italy. That being said, the offerings at Pie Tap blew me away, especially the bacon + egg + mushroom brunch pie. Words cannot describe the refined taste of that sourdough crust. I also recommend the house salad as a side dish. You'll thank me later.What made the experience more enjoyable was the service. Our server (I don't remember his name) went above and beyond for my party of 10. Give this man a raise!
Alrighty so let’s start off with the service here. Our waiter Camron was the definition of pep in his step. I mean this man could run a 40 yard dash quicker than Xavier worthy. I mean heck, put this guy on team oomie zoomie because he was on a team that was oomie and he was ZOOOMING. And forget about the Tesla that goes 0-60 in 2.3 seconds because Camron was out runnin that car in a whole second.
