Ate here for the first time today. Clint was AWESOME!! The Smoke and Heat and Bloody Mary were AMAZING!! We had the Tomato Basil soup, Meatballs, and salad. We also had the bread pudding. It was all DELICIOUS!! The service was Superb!! Clint went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!!
Bazille at Nordstrom in Frisco has become much more than just a restaurant for our family. It’s one of our places.
At least once a month, my wife and I meet our two much older sons and our younger daughter here for lunch. As everyone gets older and life gets busier, those opportunities to all be together become more important, and Bazille has become part of that tradition.

Bekah made our entire experience at the Nordstrom restaurant exceptional. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely engaging. She has a great personality, knows her craft, and made thoughtful recommendations that were absolutely spot on.

Bazille at Nordstrom offers a mix of experiences. The food is always good, as it is at every Bazille, and the drinks are always good as well. Some guests found the food incredible, so fresh and yummy, and enjoyed a delicious lunch. The windows and all the light it brings in are a highlight for one location. Service can be outstanding, with professional and attentive service, a server who was attentive and friendly, and a bar server who is super attentive, fast, and creative. However, other experiences included having to wave down a server after waiting over 15 minutes to place an order. Another visit noted a hostess that was a bit curt and ill kept, a waiter who was a rookie, and an order that was forgotten. The normally-delicious bread service has been discontinued, and a starter salad came after the main course. No apology was given for these issues. While some guests will definitely be back, others question if the restaurant can get back up after falling.
