I didn’t catch the young man’s name who helped me this evening, but he was phenomenal! I came in for a small cookie cake as a random surprise for my husband (they’re his favorite). As such, I didn’t ask for any specific decoration, just frosting on the whole cake. The young man went above and beyond, and handed me a cake he and the young lady decorated and wrote “Just Because” on. It was super sweet of them to do that, and it made my night! I ordered a cookie cake for my birthday from this Nestle shop. The owner, Kyle, was fantastic to work with. He and the cookie decorator really made my vision come to life. They went above and beyond to make sure I was a pleased customer. Thank you!!!!

I work in the mall and I always find that this Nestle Store is just so vibrant with it's employees.I always go by and they just notice me and ask my day. It may just be a cookie or 2, but the employees are definitely dedicated to making their customers priority.
