I work in the mall and always come here during my lunch breaks for to go orders. Every single time a waitress has told me to sit INSIDE to wait for my order. Today a waitress named Mickey told me to take a seat inside the restaurant at an empty seat. Shortly after another waitress named Priscilla approached me telling me that if I’m waiting for my order I need to wait outside the restaurant.. I explained that I was told to sit here and have always waited in this seat during lunch to wait and never been an issue before. She continued to argue with me telling me I need to wait outside. I honestly felt like I was being kicked out as if I wasn’t as much as a customer as anyone else in there… mind you the restaurant was dead inside with only a few people and there were over 20 tables free for people to sit down. After 10 mins Priscilla comes out with my food and sets it down on a counter away from me inside the restaurant WHERE I WAS ORIGINALLY SITTING and came over to me to ask for payment. I provided my card and she went back to the same counter she set the food down and set MY CARD on the counter and told me I need to walk over there to get my items from the counter and walked away. I literally asked her “why aren’t you wanting to hand me MY food and MY CARD” she proceeded to tell me “ ITS NOTHING PERSONAL” if it wasn’t personal why are you pointing that out??? Completely unprofessional response and so rude.what was the point of kicking me out of the restaurant and telling me I need to come get my items as if I’m a dog ??? I spoke with the manager and he explained that yes she is supposed to bring me my food and items out to me. She completely ruined eating there for me and as a manager who works in the mall, Im truly grossed out by the lack of service she provides and will use this as an example on how NOT to treat customers. I can’t even think about ever treating someone like this.

We thoroughly enjoyed lunch at Bazille. Even though it was a slow day, the atmosphere, service, and food were great. We highly recommend the Crab Bisque, Ginger Sesame Salad, and the Club Sandwich with Caesar side salad. Relaxed and very pleasant lunch.

It’s with great disappointment that we must say goodbye to Bazille, Frisco for one of our date night locations. Such a great atmosphere to grab a drink and conversation, however, they have since modified and decreased their menu, taking off some of the favorites. The sesame ginger salad used to be topped with a delicious glaze over the chicken. The cucumber vodka cocktail was divine and now they have taken away the decadent chocolate chip cookie skillet.

I've been here three times in last year. Two of the times they legit were out of more than half the menu items on the menu. One time there was not a waitress and the hostess was our waitress and she had zero idea what she was doing even though she did try her best. Yesterday our server was nice but had another huge table and it legit took my friend and I two hours and 15 minutes just to eat lunch. They are clearly understaffed and don't buy enough food product. If they don't want to run a restaurant just close it and if you have a reservation for 4 people on a Tuesday night and don't have hardly any food and not a server either, maybe call the person who made a reservation and give them. The option of coming a different time.
Service was horrible. Greeter was rude and we were basically ignored by our waitress. It took 20 minutes to get our tea and even longer to get our food. So disappointed because we love the food. She never offered to refill our drinks until we asked for our check. The service was so bad that it ruined our meal. The vibe was also ruined by the rock techno music blaring so loud that you could hardly carry on a conversation. No holiday vibe at all. More like a nightclub than an upscale department store. As we arrived in Dallas we are looking for something quick within walking distance to our hotel, which is at the local mall. Typically, I stray away from mall food, but it's Nordstrom's... and plus the restaurant had a lot of nice reviews so we decided to check out Bazille. Bazille is a small French style cafe within Nordstrom's. They have a fully stocked bar, full menu and other trinkets like sauces seasonings for purchases. I first noticed the open kitchen view from our table which is always cool to see. Reassures proper handling and cleanliness of the kitchen. Upon receiving the feature menu, I was immediately drawn to the Aussie Lamb and Tuscan Vegetables dish. The description of the dish, whipped ricotta, pistachio gremolata, roasted potatoes, petite tomato and spinach, it all read FLAVOR. And that is delivered on!! The lamb was well seasoned with a nice crust from the grill. The roasted potatoes were excellent. They had a lemon and herb flavor that paired perfectly with the lamb. The petite tomatoes, spinach and pistachio gremolata was a nice touch that added a nutty, acidic flair. There could have been a bit more of those add on. And the whipped ricotta added a nice creamy touch that brought it all together. Excellent dish and excellent price point, only $24. We also ordered the crab bisque. It was very creamy nice balanced flavors. I was hoping for a bit of crab chunks on top which it didn't have but still really good.

I ordered the Caesar salad , there is a hint of anchovies at the right amount which I love , and the chicken cooked and done right. I also love the crispy Parmesan cheese. My son had a crispy chicken sandwich, he is usually very picky but for this one he said that it was full of "yummynies " , very flavorful in a sophisticated kind of way ( his words!). I went there on a Monday around noon and got seated right away , Rocky, our server was pretty quick and very attentive . The place was surprisingly quiet with nice music in the background. This place is a hit for my 13 year old kid! We also like that we can see the chefs making the the food :)

Bazille is our go to hidden secret. Don't tell anyone. Everything on the menu and the service are next level amazing. Very imaginative recipe creations. We go often for any occasion.

Amazing always awesome Walter is the greatest person and he navigates very well. He has jumped in to help all of the employees anytime and even running it short handed. He truly needs to be the Manager or General Manager of this store. I love everything about this place and some of the employees I've encountered it's been a pleasure getting to know them.

WOW! My sister, niece and myself hosted a bridal shower at your amazing restaurant this past Saturday, and we have never experienced such amazing service, delicious gourmet food, and a perfect, modern, fun atmosphere! General Mgr, Josh Bland, Assistant GM, Walter Gaskins communicated so well with us, gave us many menu options, and were simply top notch! We had the best server, Clint, who was dedicated to our party and could not have done a better job. We met Chef, Richard Marquina to offer our praises and gratitude to him and his team. I highly recommend Bazille for any occasion and especially for a special event! The love and sincerity shined through in each of these kind and hard working individuals, who simply went above and beyond to make sure this was a special event. Thank you! I think Bazille might be overlooked because it's located inside Nordstrom, but it never fails to deliver. They have a standard menu that ranges from salads and flatbreads to sandwiches and entrees like seared salmon. They also usually have a special seasonal menu that changes regularly. A great wine list and full bar are available too. Their complimentary bread and tapenade are phenomenal. This is not “mall food”.

Took his suggestions for appetizer and entree, both were very good. Good place to grab a bite in between shopping.
