Taco Bell in Frisco

“This is the best and cleanest Taco Bell in the area. I order at the kiosk but like a lot of substitutions in my cantina chicken bowl, and they made my bowl perfectly. We were also offered complimentary pineapple freezes, which are definitely worth buying in the future.“

“I went through the drive thru. Pulled up to eat my lunch, had ordered chip n cheese & a burrito. The cheese was there but no chips. Since I'm handicapped I chose to go through the drive thru again rather than walking inside. The young man at the window was so apologetic and gave me my chips, an extra order of chips n cheese and 2 cinnamon donut holes. I was very pleased at how he handled the mistake and his friendliness. Accidents happen but making it right and making me feel like a valued customer earns my loyalty. This location will now be my favorite.“

While the service at their store remains slow, which appears to be due to consistent crowding and a high volume of customers, they were still able to accurately fulfill my order. This is noteworthy as many Taco Bell locations frequently make errors with my vegetarian requests or omit items.
