“This is THE Taco Bell. Particularly night shift. I pass three other taco bells to come to this one. I am never missing items, they don't skimp on the food, and even if they are busy it moves very quickly.
The AI voice at the speaker is obnoxiously loud.“

“I was having a bad week… well more like a bad year … but this week was particularly hard as I am dealing with loss, and grief. I needed my go to comfort food today 100%!

And then Pablo and Nicole made my day so much brighter. Nicole’s customer service voice is so amazing for one thing … the way she spoke to me when I was trying to figure out the app … before I even saw her face, melted me … like she was talking to her mom … and was just so helpful and soothing. Her voice is like butter, y’all.
Nicole is also just as beautiful on the outside as inside!!! She has an extremely beautiful heart and I just know God is going to bless her in all she does. I’m pretty sure she was my angel today.

Pablo is a great manager!!! Very outgoing and has great customer service skills. He made my day too. Thank you to both of you. Taco Bell has a goldmine in you both as employees but the world is a better place with you in it, period.“
