“TLDR: they messed up my order, and went above and beyond trying to make it right. Staff was amazing, prompt, and professional in resolving my issue. Thank you so much.Story:Tonight I gave 0 stars on door dash, and I’m not sure how to take it back. I doordashed qty2 grilled cheese burrito, substituted with chicken. Upon arrival, the burrito had been grilled, but was cold upon arrival. The cheese was thrown on as if it was a last minute thought. When opened it made a mess, immediately falling out of the wrapper. The burrito itself was essentially a chicken quesadilla in burrito form. None of the ingredients were present.Normally I just try and deal with it, but it was so bad that every bite made me more angry.I decided it was worth getting in the car to take it back, and explained to the staff my dissatisfaction. Let me tell you. These guys were super empathetic and respectful. They remade the order promptly and wished me a safe drive home.All I wanted was my burritos made right. And I found in my bag some cinnamon twists which was a nice gesture. As I finished my food, I noticed they had slipped some coupons for free tacos, which they absolutely did not have to do. I was touched by their willingness to resolve the issue above and beyond what I had asked for.This 5 star review, reflects the staff tonight. “We got the Mexican Pizza ($5), Crunch wrap supreme ($5) and Baja Blast Freeze ($3.50)! The Mexican Pizza is like a quesidlla (but with meat + beans inside the tortilla) topped with cheese + onions! Like an open-faced pizza. You can add onions, green sauce, and red sauce for no extra charge. I liked the sauce to food ratio. There was a good amount of meat + beans. I wish they had lettuce on this! The crunch wrap supreme has a crunchy tostada wrapped inside a crispy quesidlla. This one tastes a bit more tortilla-y than the Mexican Pizza. It also tastes more fresh because it has less sauce + includes lettuce. The Baja blast is like an icee! Definitely get the diablo sauce and the fire sauce. It takes the food from meh to pretty good. The service was fast, and the store was clean.“
“Regarding this location, I don't have a single critical comment to make. Even though it's Taco Bell, they didn't mess up my order and it was ready in a flash. You are not expecting great cuisine, but when you absolutely need to satisfy your craving for Doritos locos tacos and crunchwrap supreme, this is the place to go.“
“It’s past 2 am so the location by my house was already closed. I decided to go to this location. Everything tasted better than usual idk. The beans were warm, the chalupa bread was perfect amount of soft and crispy and the potatoes were soft. Thank you guys! I really needed it, it’s been a long day.“
“FANTASTIC service from the night crew! I normally have a bad experience at this location at night but the new night shift lead is wonderful.
