Its because of want to bees a manager that makes the company look bad. The worker must have been racist. I ordered the build your order. One of my choices was the nachos potatoes. Anywhere the potatoes where disgustingly old or at the bottom of the batch. I requested a different item. He became aggressive and was like i can't replace it. My order number #907754 I arrived at the correct location to pick up my order! I got to the window and the young lady im the window stated my order couldn't be found in the system! I would like a refund for the order i never received! Everytime I come to this location it's an issue! I will not be returning ever! I know that means absolutely nothing to yall but this is absolutely ridiculous!
We ordered inside the restaurant for our family of four and waited 29 minutes for our food. For a fast-food restaurant, that wait time is unacceptable.
