It’s been a long time since I’ve seen my girl April. I was reluctant to edit my review, but I feel like this location became lackluster in the matter of a few days. It used to be, I would go here, especially on the weekends, and be provided with great service. Now I feel disheartened, I feel rushed, I feel like my food is not what it used to be, and neither is the service. And nowhere, anywhere, do I see my girl April? I really enjoyed this place but have only been there once. I’ve had better Thai but this is definitely better than anything I’ve had in McKinney. We drove 20 mins + to go and it was worth it. If I try more dishes, I’m hoping this place can be a Thai “go to.” Atmosphere is nice compared to most Thai spots as well. It’s more upscale. The meal and dessert were great but I want to try the curry spiced dish next time.
I asked for a junior frosty and small fry and mentioned I had the “thing for the free frosty.” I couldn’t think of the work key tag at the time. The man on the intercom rushed me “ok, 2nd window.” When I got to the window, I showed the lady the keytag, she took my credit card but didn’t tell me cost before she ran it. Wendy's offers a variety of burgers and fries that taste good as expected. Despite some cleanliness issues with tables and utensils, the store's interior is bright and clean. While service can be slow at times, a recent visit provided a pleasant experience with delicious sandwiches and fresh seasoned potatoes. The Applewood bacon burger was not as tasty, but the new strawberry frosty was a hit. Friendly and efficient staff make for an overall positive dining experience.
