I have come to this Taco Bell/ KFC over my life. Idk why I still do but they are really close to me. If there are 2 cars in line they will take a minimum of 30 minutes and out of about 20 times of going to this place they have gotten my order right twice. Always missing stuff. They don’t know what there doing and they have an attitude at the window. This place always screws up our order in some way shape or form. Whether it be making it wrong, burning the hell out of it, or not giving us all what we ordered. I've never had a order where something didnt go wrong. The staff is better than the people working a few months ago, but they have to work on this food problem.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. I accidentally went to the wrong location because my GPS took me there after placing a mobile order. When I gave the employee my name at the drive thru, he told me they had my order but it was not ready yet and instructed me to park and come inside.

This Taco Bell / KFC location is under new management and the atmosphere is now better. The restaurant is open and clean. The KFC is as good as any other location. A specific meal, the cheese it tostada, had barely any topping but was still yum. Service can be slow if the staff is busy with drive-up orders. The new general manager is very polite and will fix any issues, which has led to positive progress.
