“Disappointed. Usually come here after my sons soccer game on Saturday. Smoothie did not taste the same as it usually does. Will not return to this location.

Update- GM reached out and offered a refund and 2 replacement smoothies. Appreciate the team stepping up here and making it right.“

“Placed an online order. Upon arrival, the store was packed with people placing orders with only one girl working. My smoothie wasn’t ready despite me ordering it a bit ago. I am not mad ; the worker handled the crowd well for being the only one. She asked if I was picking up, said just a second, and made my smoothie quickly when I arrived. She was friendly but appeared a bit overwhelmed. Management needs to make sure they’re taking care of their people. Having only one worker for an evening and afterschool crowd is not enough. Someone help the girl out! Thank you to the employee for being nice and friendly under pressure“

“I came in on a Friday and met this girl named Sarah, and she was honestly so sweet. She was really friendly and just had a good vibe from the start. She helped me out without making it feel awkward or rushed, and you can tell she actually cares about the customers. People like her really make the experience better. I’d definitely come back. 🤗“

“Dee the girl with tattoos, forgot to make a review. But honestly gotta say great service, made sure everything was correct. Even repeated the order back to me. And I seen her a couple of times by herself besides the negative comments. Haven’t even had to wait that long“
