“Whoever worked 6/14/26 around 3:30pm he deserves a raise! There was multiple people coming in back to back & he handled it all ALONE by himself - super professional. He multi tasked to the extreme & made she everyone got what they wanted in a timely manner. I know a lot of people do not tip nowadays so I really believe he deserves a raise for handling today so well.“
“The food was good as always, and I enjoy coming here. The only area that could use some improvement was the customer service at the register today. The cashier wasn’t very friendly, but hopefully it was just an off day. Overall, I still had a good experience and will be back.“

“There’s a girl who works in the mornings who is way too happy for that hour—and I mean that in the best way. She’s always smiling, super friendly, and welcoming like she’s had three smoothies herself already. She makes my smoothie perfectly every single time and somehow manages to improve my entire mood before caffeine even kicks in. Honestly, she deserves a raise and probably a medal for making mornings tolerable.“

“This particular Smoothie King was just up the street where I had just gotten oral surgery so I needed something smooth and good. The young man who took my order had wonderful customer service but things change when me and my son got to the window. The young lady that was there was awful... but the Young man step up and took care of everything. MY OVERALL WOULD HAVE BEEN A 5 but the attitude of that particular going lady messed it up. Will I go back sure but I will make sure that typing lady is not there.“

“Let me start off by saying the young lady at the window is always SO POSITIVE AND KIND ! Best customer service! Today was the same but unfortunately I ran across an issue, I think the lids were changed . I got home, placed my drink on my car to grab my baby out and when I picked up my drink with one hand, the lid popped so I sat it back on the car to top the lid and it all spilled 😩 my delicious meal replacement that is not cheap all gone . So sad , these new LIDS are not it. Very flimsy !!!!!“
“This store knows what GREAT customer service is. I had an issue with drinks that I ordered for delivery. The driver grabbed the wrong drinks. I wrote about the issue and immediately was contacted to resolve the issue. Not only did they resolve the issue they also gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. My mind is blown and I’m so impressed by their genuine care for their customers.“
