“I don’t visit the Matlock store often because there is a SK closer to me. Even though this location lacks a drive-through and is a longer drive, I prefer it to my usual SK stop.The service is efficient and the store seems to have everything in supply!!!On my last visit, I was greeted by a friendly person at the register. I hadn’t seen him before. He has a unique look, wore a baseball cap and, seemed to be a bit self conscious (about his appearance?).I just want to say that he is a fine employee and I am happy to see him working at your location.I did not get this gentleman’s name but if I had I would mention him by name. He was friendly and professional and was able to answer the question I had. My order was perfect!I also want to tell this young man that he has a lovely face and nothing to feel shy about❤️Vegetarian options: I’m actually vegan and appreciate the amount of vegan options!!! “I went to the location at 4929 S. Cooper St. this morning around 10am. I was frustrated at first because there was an unusually long wait (10 to 15 minutes) When I got to the front of the line I realized there was only 1 person working the lobby and drive thru, taking and making the orders. His name was Jaylin. Jaylin was calm and polite and handled himself well. He didn't allow himself to become overwhelmed, and gave great customer service.“
