The employees are all so sweet there and very helpful. I get a smoothie at least 3 to 4 times a week. It is very convenient with a drive thru or a walk up window and is so close to my house! My absolute favorite is the Slim and Trim Island Impact. It has mango and pineapple in it! It is also my 17 year old son’s favorite smoothie there.
Went earlier this week during lunch and left empty handed. It seems that drive through takes priority. I walked over to place an order from across the street because it doesn't make sense to drive & it's so close. Nonetheless, I did not receive service because they were more focused on doing drive through orders. I only had 15 minutes to spare and most of it was wasted waiting on service.

Smoothie King offers delicious smoothies and exceptional customer service, with employees like Karla and Kit going above and beyond to take care of their customers. The Blueberry Raspberry smoothie is a favorite, and the Pineapple Kale is also very good. While some may find the prices a bit high, the top-notch service makes it worth visiting. The staff is friendly, with some being very nice and chipper, while others may seem timid. The manager is great in making customers' days better, especially with well-blended drinks and helpful add-ons. Despite being a drive-up-only location, the experience remains enjoyable.
