We chose this location because it’s close to home. The last couple of times we had the pleasure of being served by JT and she was such a great addition to this store. If the other employees could pick up from her I bet things would run quick and smooth. We have been there in long line situations and she maintains a positive attitude still does her best.
This store is very hit or miss. The turnover rate for employees is high. Only half of them (if that) know how to make a decent smoothie. Today was my final straw. I ordered my usual smoothie this morning. They made it wrong. I asked them to remake it....they STILL got it wrong. Its just a bunch of young kids who don't understand customer service. This shop is really good . I can see they work hard to get the customers taken care of. I visit there almost every week and never gave a bad experience.
