We chose this location because it’s close to home. The last couple of times we had the pleasure of being served by JT and she was such a great addition to this store. If the other employees could pick up from her I bet things would run quick and smooth. We have been there in long line situations and she maintains a positive attitude still does her best.

This store is very hit or miss. The turnover rate for employees is high. Only half of them (if that) know how to make a decent smoothie. Today was my final straw. I ordered my usual smoothie this morning. They made it wrong. I asked them to remake it....they STILL got it wrong. Its just a bunch of young kids who don't understand customer service. Every time I go on vacation, I can always find an amazing Smoothie King....not so in Dallas. The location on Mockingbird is the worst though...

I think for the area this place it's located in, they need to hire people who work fast. I waited for a bit over 30min just to hear someone through the speaker, couldn't leave because there was a long line of cars behind me and more kept coming. Finally I placed my order and the person who works the drive thru, didn't know what I ordered and I waited another 15min. Overall, smoothie was good just took very long.

I come to this location basically every week and in more than one occasion, the store closes way before their closing time, while employees are just chatting, even when you get there 30-40 minutes before the closing time, specially during the weekends!

Just stopped by and found this in my Bowl. They need to put more attention for what they are doing. I honestly not Trust in this location no more. Floor always really dirty.

Apparently closing hours posted on door don’t apply. Went in on 1/10 at at 8:50 PM only or be told by girl with purple hair that they were closed despite hours on door saying they close at 9. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

I should’ve read the reviews first smh… The attitudes are definitely giving young, rude, and lack of home training… however unfortunately nowadays that’s expected with a lot of our misguided unloved youngsters (and sometimes adults).. I really hope they get it together not just for Smoothie king but for life purposes in general because they won’t get anywhere but Smoothie King with those attitudes.Vegetarian options: Google everything on the menu if you want to know what is or isn’t vegan because the store employees are clueless..
