“Good was a great value for the quantity. Ordered the lemon chicken with rice, beef Banh mi, and chicken pho (small), and unsweetened iced tea. Initially I thought the small pho was very small compared to other places but the noodles were very filling and there was still a good amount of chicken. The broth was also decently flavored. For the chicken and rice plate, the chicken was flavored nicely the rice was plain white rice. For the sandwich there was a slight crisp to the bread and the meat itself was delicious. For everything it was about $35 + tip.The service was good, the tables were clean. I’d definitely return back.“

“The pho broth is the story here! Best I’ve had in DFW. PLEASE don’t load your bowl with all the sauces. Enjoy the flavorful simplicity, you’ll thank me later, I promise! Charming little family owned and run shop with big to-go business and seating for a few lucky people to dine in.“

“my experience was delightful!!! i had lovely service with a young lady, i think her name was sophie. her eyes shined like a thousand suns. she carried marble tables with the strength with of a hundred men. she tripped over the kiddy area but it was okay. no children were harmed. i hope she succeeds in life, and im sure she went through a tough process to be hired at this wonderful establishment! thank you!!!!“

“Went to dinner with a friend
BYOB. I had the fried flat noodles with shrimp, good. My friend had a soup. Sides, spring rolls, menu choice of five different types. It's a regular place for locals. The bulk of their business is takeout.“

“Work lunch. I had the beef fried rice with fried egg (came with clear broth soup), and my coworker had flat noodle pad Thai and Thai iced tea. We shared the combo appetizer. Nice place, clean with plenty of seating, the staff was very kind and attentive. Spring roll and meatballs were the best in the appetizer. The fried rice was very good (it was hard to save some for later. I should have, the portion was very large. ) Nice place for a simple dinner or lunch, where fast food isn't desired (when is fast food ever a good choice?!)“

“Great Quality Food and Great Customer Service.
Just not today. Our family have been going to this Pho place for the past 7+ years or so, I have never met an employee who was going to charge me a $1 for a small container for the sauce.
I do not want to make it sound like I am making a big deal over a dollor, but I had to ask them 3 times for the small sauce container for my additional to-go. They told me no they cannot because small pack of sauce is already in there. I came home and open the bag, there are two sauce bags that are as tiny as my pinky. I also asked to see if they can give me little bit more of those "packs" instead of a small container they said it's already in there and they cannot.
Guys, it's about customer service. 1 small container is not going to cost a dollar to purchase... maybe not even 5 cents. It's not about the money, but about the service you experience at the restaurant.
Please educate workers to be more flexible so customer does not feel bad over a simple small thing...
I do not think I was rude about asking a small container.. but got rejected 3 times. didn't feel good.
I am writing it here so they don't make that mistake and create discomfort to another customer.“

“I’ve ordered here several times this past month. Food is always Always consistently good, flavorful, cooked well. There are other Vietnamese restaurants that have big menus but the food is not as palatable or authentic. I don’t have to cook anymore! They even have smoothies-yay! I enjoy the grilled beef vermicelli and grilled pork with grilled jumbo shrimp very much. Keep doing what you’re doing ?“

“I've been coming here since 2007 so I may be a little biased but this is one of the best pho places I've eaten. Don't be fooled by the name, each Quê Huong is different. They all have the same menus but it's how they each prepare the food that sets them apart. This location stands above the others.
Recommendations are the F2: grilled chicken fried rice, pounded thin and cut into strips on top of a heaping portion of fried rice. Be prepared to take left overs home.
The 2nd recommendation is the first thing I ever had when coming here: P15 eye of round steak pho. Comes out hot, and the thin cuts of beef are cooked by the broth. I add lime and a little hoison sauce to mine.
You can't go wrong either way but both of these are a safe choice if it is your first time coming here!“

“Awesome Vietnamese lunch from Saigon Spoon in Plano.
5 Spice Grilled Pork Rice Bowl (Cơm Thịt Nướng), 5 Spiced Grilled Pork Vermicelli Noodle Bowl (Bún Thịt Nướng), Beef Pho, and Cream Cheese Wontons. It was delicious and my picky kiddos devoured it. They even asked for more pho. And the wontons!!! Girls said it was filled with so much yumminess. Also, te.y made all the dishes to my diet/health restrictions. I wish the location was closer ☹
Kid-friendliness: Picky kids loved it and wanted more“

“Absolutely blown away by Alley Noodle Bar! Tuan has created a true gem right here in Frisco/Little Elm. From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with warmth and hospitality that sets the stage for an incredible dining experience. The flavors here are authentic, bold, and crafted to perfection—each dish tells a story of traditional Vietnamese cuisine with a modern twist. The pho is hands down the best I’ve had, with rich, savory broth that’s simmered to perfection and packed with depth. The banh mi sandwiches are fresh and filled with high-quality ingredients that make every bite unforgettable. Their spring rolls are crisp, light, and the perfect starter to an exceptional meal.
Tuan’s passion for food shines through in every dish, and you can taste the quality and authenticity in every bite. If you’re in Frisco or Little Elm, this is THE place for Vietnamese food. Alley Noodle Bar is a must-visit spot for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese flavors and top-tier food! Highly recommend!“
