The banh mi here isn’t exactly authentic, but they do hit all the right notes. The bread isn’t a fine Vietnamese baguette, but it is lightly crispy on the outside with a soft, fluffy crumb and good flavor. We tried the grilled pork and the brisket (it is Texas after all) and the salty seasoned meat paired well with the cilantro, pickled carrots, and cucumber. We ordered a couple of Bahn Mi sandwiches for delivery dinner and have found a new favorite place! Amazing customer service and the food is outstanding. I can’t wait to try some pho and, of course, some coffee! Highly recommend!

What a excellent experience at Saltlight Station! The food was delicious and the staff was great! We had the Brisket Cheesesteak (lovely and simple but full of flavor), The Vermicelli Salad with Pork (Pork was wonderful and the summer salad underneath was very fresh), and the Brisket Pho Noodles (healthy portion for a medium but very yummy!) Highly recommend this place for everyone!! Great family run business! (couldnt take pictures before we ate it all!)
