“We decided to try Viet Voyage after watching a video of the owner share her family’s story and their vision of bringing many beloved Vietnamese dishes together in one place. When we visited, the restaurant had only been open a few weeks and was understandably very busy, but every staff member we encountered was friendly, courteous, and attentive to customer needs. Lots of food options, we all found things we enjoyed. The atmosphere was spacious and bright but cozy. We look forward to returning and trying more foods.“

The crackling/roasted pork was only $11/lb with crispy skin, good for making a quick pork and rice bowl and sauce it up since the marinate hasn’t gone through the meat. Fried Rice huge shrimp clean hot fresh not greasy or oily. Crab Rangoon brought back memories of my mom she loved them and these were huge filled with an ample amount of crab and cream cheese sauce provided not needed. “My girlfriends and I had such a PHENOMENAL dining experience at Pho Pasteur in Arlington! The food was absolutely amazing! My Vietnamese girlfriend told me that it was the most delicious and AUTHENTIC Pho she’s eaten, since moving to America. She said that the food at Pho Pasteur reminded her of being back in her home country! The restaurant is very clean and modern, and the young owner Van is so incredibly professional, kind and handsome! He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a delightful time. “Go to place for Hu Tieu in DFW. For Vietnamese restaurants, I generally recommend getting what they are known for.

I get a mix of egg noodles and pho noodles with the variety of meat and seafood. Soup and dry version is great!

Service is simple, order quick and food comes quick.

“We ordered the deep fried catfish on the phone beforehand because it takes about an hour to prepare. We still had to wait about twenty minutes after the allotted time. The food has a very at home feel. The sauce is different than I’ve had before for summer rolls, it’s pineapple based. “Loved it! Everyone was really nice and friendly, it was our first time there and they were very welcoming and helpful! We got a mix of everything, the size of each meal is just enough to feed a table of friends or family, we were a table of 11. The food came out very quickly and was very delicious, definitely worth it for the price seeing as it wasn’t too expensive. The building itself is really nice and we honestly didn’t think we fit in with the atmosphere, but our server never made us feel out of place“

“I used to come this restaurant a lot in the past and we did not go back for a while since the food is not as good as it used to be. We came to this restaurant several times in past couple weeks and was surprised with the food was excellent, the price was decent, and the customer service was great. The manager told us that the owner has changed to the same owner of Com Ga Houston located Houston. We used to live in Houston over 16 years ago and went many times to Com Ga Houston in Houston and the manager is definitely correct about the new owner is the same in Com Ga in Houston since the food is taste like the one in Houston.“
