When we visited, the restaurant had only been open a few weeks and was understandably very busy, but every staff member we encountered was friendly, courteous, and attentive to customer needs. The crackling/roasted pork was only $11/lb with crispy skin, good for making a quick pork and rice bowl and sauce it up since the marinate hasn’t gone through the meat. The Vietnamese fare was solid too. The gentleman at the counter has a unique communication style—direct at first but polite as we went along. He seemed a bit friendlier with the ladies ?. “DoorDash order: I think this may be my new favorite place to eat. The food was fresh hot and the best meal I have had in a long time. Korean Short Ribs cooked perfect. Fried Rice huge shrimp clean hot fresh not greasy or oily. Crab Rangoon brought back memories of my mom she loved them and these were huge filled with an ample amount of crab and cream cheese sauce provided not needed. Shrimp Tempura Roll good roll great sauce and wasabi sauce amazing...Everything 10/10 even my kids 5 and 15 enjoyed it...Will be coming back for the Pho...Hands down #1 in my book.“

“Go to place for Hu Tieu in DFW. For Vietnamese restaurants, I generally recommend getting what they are known for.

I get a mix of egg noodles and pho noodles with the variety of meat and seafood. Soup and dry version is great!

Service is simple, order quick and food comes quick.

“My girlfriends and I had such a PHENOMENAL dining experience at Pho Pasteur in Arlington! The food was absolutely amazing! My Vietnamese girlfriend told me that it was the most delicious and AUTHENTIC Pho she’s eaten, since moving to America. She said that the food at Pho Pasteur reminded her of being back in her home country! The restaurant is very clean and modern, and the young owner Van is so incredibly professional, kind and handsome! He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a delightful time. This is the best vietnamese food I've had in a very long time, probably since I was in Vietnam. The banh xeo was CHEF'S KISS, so good, crispy omelet, with a good amount of shrimp and pork, served with fresh veggies and nuoc mam. My daughter had pho, best in Texas probably! My mom and sister had bun bo hue and bun rieu which they both liked. The service was just ok, and it did take about 25 minutes before we got our food, but it was well worth the wait. I would definitely come back when in the area again! Top of the line vietnamese food!“

We came to this restaurant several times in past couple weeks and was surprised with the food was excellent, the price was decent, and the customer service was great. The manager told us that the owner has changed to the same owner of Com Ga Houston located Houston. We used to live in Houston over 16 years ago and went many times to Com Ga Houston in Houston and the manager is definitely correct about the new owner is the same in Com Ga in Houston since the food is taste like the one in Houston.“
