“This place has pretty delicious Pho for a korean take on Pho. The regular pho tastes pretty close to a traditional vietnamese pho if you ask me. I think if they had white onions instead of purple, it would take this pho to another level. Otherwise, I am pretty satisfied with this place. “Where do I even start. This place was phenomenal. You walk in and the smell is amazing, you can smell the broth in the back. Absolutely wonderful. We got there pretty late so it wasn’t busy so we can’t speak on crowdedness, but we were sat and the waitress took our drinks.We ordered the spring rolls first. I ordered the vegan ones with no tofu and my dad got the seared pork. Both were so refreshing and heavenly after a long day. Their peanut sauce isn’t overpowering and is filled with an amazing flavor without tasting like peanut butter. Even if you don’t normally like vietnamese peanut sauce, you need to try theirs, try adding some of their Sriracha in it as well if you like a bit of spicy as well.Their portions are great, my dad ordered the combination while I ordered the Vegetarian, as i prefer these options (no tofu again). I can’t focus on my dad’s as much as I really only tried his broth, however I can focus on my bowl. We were both captivated by our pho. I was blown away. I’ve never, NEVER, had a vegetable broth so flavorful and tasty as the one I had here. It was rich, and full of different notes, unlike other vegetable broths i’ve tasted that have been almost watered down and flavorless. I was in heaven almost the whole time and that’s barely an exaggeration. I rarely eat mushrooms but I ate almost all of them this time because I knew they had soaked up the broth. One of the best dining experiences i’ve had.My dad says the same, he loved how rich and flavorful his broth was as well and was astounded by the profile of just the broth itself. We had the meal with a shared side of jasmine rice that we used to soak up the broth to eat and it was delightful.Thank you to the cooks at pho one for making a beautiful meal, thank you for the staff for serving us so kindly so late. I may write like a food critic but i’m far from one, but this place truly deserves this review.“

“Khao-soi Curry noodles with the beef shank would highly recommend everything is fresh and packs an immense deep flavor. The dish has a lot of different textures that balance the eachother very well. Be mindful of the spice levels. The owner gave us some Thai sweet tea to help cool down another heavy hitter. Definitely need to try them.“

“I cannot give this place enough stars. Their pho was so good and their egg rolls were perfectly crispy with just the right balance of meat and veggie. The mangonada was perfectly sweet with just a hint of chili! They seemed to know everybody's order which should tell you they have a lot of regulars. The people working there were so nice. “Stumbled upon this shop last year and have consistently gone back! The shop owners are extremely sweet and the sandwiches are excellent!I wanted to do a banh mi charcuterie board for lunar new year and they were wonderful helping me estimate how much food would be appropriate for the amount of people and the best way to arrange the boards. They also offered to cut all the sandwiches into 3 parts for me to help out!!!Wonderful shop that goes above and beyond!!! Highly recommend!!!“

“I ordered from Uber eats and will definitely be dining in soon! I asked to make the wings spicy and they drew on the box which made my day! The wings were amazing I’m not sure what kind of batter they use but man was it delicious. The pork egg rolls 10/10 and the Bun Dac Biet 100000/10 absolutely delicious and the meat had the best char on it. The meat was juicy and tender and the shrimp was very tasty as well.
