“Recommended by a tiktoker, saw that it was local had to try it out!! The pho was so good! The servers were a bit inattentive, we waited a bit longer than we would have liked to get our check, I had to go up to the front to ask for it after 25 minutes of waiting. I’d give the food 5 stars, but when I got to the car my stomach hurt like crazy! I do want to give it a fair shot so I will try it again and update the review to be fair to the business.“

“Very clean and modern dining area. We came as a huge party and got great service. The food came out piping hot. We ordered a lot of different entrees. The pho was ok. It was the broth that was a bit lackluster and same for the bun bo hue. We got the bun re, that one was hands down delicious. Good servings of tofu in it.“

“My girlfriends and I had such a PHENOMENAL dining experience at Pho Pasteur in Arlington! The food was absolutely amazing! My Vietnamese girlfriend told me that it was the most delicious and AUTHENTIC Pho she’s eaten, since moving to America. She said that the food at Pho Pasteur reminded her of being back in her home country! The restaurant is very clean and modern, and the young owner Van is so incredibly professional, kind and handsome! He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a delightful time. FYI, they are serving big portions for family. Their Baked Cat Fish and Thai Hot Pot are the best amongst wherever I have been too. Bo La Lot is also great as well - especially their mam nem tastes very well.
Slow service is an odd but I’m there for the food.

“I was recommended by a friend to come here for savory Banh bao ( Vietnamese steamed pork bun). I just ordered Togo, but its a very cute tea/coffee shop with a few tables that you can sit down. They also serve salted egg cake, sweet bun, banh mi and Vietnamese sweet desserts like Che Khuc Banh, Che Ba Mau, Sua Bap, etc. I liked the Banh Bao here - filling was flavorful and the bun was soft and light. When you order Banh Bao, staff can warm up for you or you can microwave at home for 45 seconds. Very fast and friendly service.“

“I ordered to go a rice plate with pork chop, crab cake and pork skin. Price is on a higher side comparing to nearby restaurants. However, my rice plate tasted very authentic. Remind me of the ones I grew up eating in Vietnam. Pork chop was tender and well marinated. I also enjoyed the crab cake & pork skin as well. In short, this dish is better than a lot of restaurants in Arlington in my opinion. I will come back for sure“
