“I’ve been coming to Lotus Cafe for years, and it’s still one of my absolute favorite spots in Arlington. It’s one of those places that just feels comfortable and familiar every time you walk in. Their pho has always been my go-to. The broth is rich and flavorful, and you can tell it’s made with care. I also love their fresh spring rolls and their boba smoothies, everything tastes consistent, which is probably why I keep coming back. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable, especially for the quality you get.
What really keeps me loyal, though, is the service. The staff are always friendly and recognize regulars, which makes it feel even more like a neighborhood staple. “We ordered the deep fried catfish on the phone beforehand because it takes about an hour to prepare. We still had to wait about twenty minutes after the allotted time. The food has a very at home feel. The sauce is different than I’ve had before for summer rolls, it’s pineapple based. The catfish was a little bland, but I think that it supposed to be that way because they want the sauce to shine. A unique experience!“

My Vietnamese girlfriend told me that it was the most delicious and AUTHENTIC Pho she’s eaten, since moving to America. She said that the food at Pho Pasteur reminded her of being back in her home country! “I used to come this restaurant a lot in the past and we did not go back for a while since the food is not as good as it used to be. We came to this restaurant several times in past couple weeks and was surprised with the food was excellent, the price was decent, and the customer service was great. The manager told us that the owner has changed to the same owner of Com Ga Houston located Houston. We used to live in Houston over 16 years ago and went many times to Com Ga Houston in Houston and the manager is definitely correct about the new owner is the same in Com Ga in Houston since the food is taste like the one in Houston.“
