“I had to return because my drink wasn’t quite right. They were SO polite and helpful and made sure I was happy with it the second time. I really appreciate them being so kind and thoughtful. It’s not much but you don’t get service like that much anymore in the restaurant business and it deserves recognition.“
“I went through this Dunkin’ drive-thru on National Coffee Day because rewards members get a free coffee with any purchase, and it was the best experience! The staff at this Dunkin’ were amazing—especially Felicia, who was as sweet as can be! She had the biggest smile on her face and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving—including a sample of their new matcha coming out soon (which was delicious, by the way)!! My coffee and donut were both sooo good, and I would definitely recommend this Dunkin’ location to anyone wanting to try it out. 10/10!“
“I had a terrible experience going through the drive through today Very rude person at the window with no communication at all. She had bad response to my questions , leaving me hanging for a very long time. I was so disappointed and even coming there. She pretended to be a manager and she was not I end up not putting my Order in and driving off.“
“Came here on a Thursday afternoon at around 5 PM. Drive thru was empty. Available. Got a Maple Donut and a Boston Kreme Donut. The friendly lady worker at the window ended up giving me extra: 3 WHOLE EXTRA DONUTS!! What a day. I hope my luck isn’t over yet. The texture was good! Soft but firm. I don’t like Krispy Kreme donuts; the chewy texture of Dunkin’s is actually substantial.
I highly recommend the Vanilla Kreme Donut; cannot go wrong with that flavor. The Boston Kreme was good too, but it was almost too much sweetness and that is saying a lot coming from ME. All in all, enjoyable. Good service, nice donuts!“
