I always know when Jon is working because when you pull up to the drive-through he says “Welcome to the worlds best Dunkin’ Donuts how can I help you!”Yes their coffee is great but what makes this the worlds greatest Duncan? It’s Jon…. He is what makes this the worlds greatest Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve never seen Jon in a bad mood even if he is you can’t tell he’s always friendly courteous and happy!He appreciates his customers and appreciates his job. Jon is just happy with his life and it reflects well on the store.Yes there’s tons of people out there with great attitudes and there’s some out there with not so great attitudes, but what makes Jon truly stand out….. it’s just that Statement you don’t see him you just know you are at the right place. “I complained about the dozen of glazed donuts without the holes and I realized these were very good. I really was concerned if my 18 year old son would disapprove and I was wrong he really liked them without the hole. I wonder if I could get them without the hole.on my future orders.“
“I tried to place an online order with my Dunkin card because I had money on it and it said it didn't go through but the extra I was adding with my real card was pulled so I went to double check if the order had gone through and it hadn't. So the person working there, Angelina let us order 4 minutes before closing anyway and not only gave us everything we wanted perfectly but did it as if she was thankful we were keeping them open almost a minute late (because she was that fast about it). Amazing NEXT LEVEL service. Could not want to praise her more. I was late and still got exactly what I wanted. Thank you.“
