Dunkin' Donuts in Mckinney

“Well. I have one complaint. No coconut milk available . I have an autoimmune condition and MCAS/Hashimoto's disease. I need specifically coconut milk only and no almond or dairy. =(((* i love their huge coffees but the option to die and not move isn't a good one lol for me. Pls pls pls update menu to offer coconut milk with NO carageneen in it for the ppl with sicknesses. =(“

“I visit this location often. Sometimes the employee at the drive through speaker is a little nonchalant. However, the customer service at the window is always exceptional! Today I got the Cookie Butter Latte (wasn’t sweet enough for me) & the Bacon Jam Grilled Cheese. I think they forgot to grill the grilled cheese. Lol. Overall, I’d recommend this location since it’s decent.“

“My morning routine always starts with a trip to Dunkin. The coffee is great, but what I really like is the people behind the counter. Everyone is friendly and happy to see me. They know me, greet me by name, and have my order memorized. I don't know about other locations, but this one is great! 5 stars!!“

“Today was the first time I went to a Dunkin and let me tell you I was craving a pumpkin coffee and this was the best pumpkin coffee I have had not to mention my first pumpkin drink of the year and my first time at a Dunkin!! Now for the staff !! I think he may have been the owner tall man he was so sweet calm and relaxed o would personally love to have work for him his demeanor is a whole vibe that would make employees happy and enjoy coming to work.
