Normally I don't write reviews, but this Dunkin' either needs new management, or to close down entirely. I tried to love this Dunkin, being the closest location to me. I've been to countless locations, even in other states, this one being the absolute worst I've ever visited. I place a mobile order, and from it being placed at 12:18, my order still wasn't ready until 12:35. I always have great experience at this location, employees always smiling and ready to help. Even though I had messed up order from different DD location but this store accommodate my order and fixed it for me. Yes sometimes they close 5-10 minutes before 8:00 pm but in this time , they mostly out of goodies. I don’t get mad since they been open all day; they need rest and wrap up before they go home. We need to mercy each other , you never know how people’s day was.
