I always have great experience at this location, employees always smiling and ready to help. Even though I had messed up order from different DD location but this store accommodate my order and fixed it for me. Yes sometimes they close 5-10 minutes before 8:00 pm but in this time , they mostly out of goodies. I don’t get mad since they been open all day; they need rest and wrap up before they go home. We need to mercy each other , you never know how people’s day was.

Normally I don't write reviews, but this Dunkin' either needs new management, or to close down entirely. I tried to love this Dunkin, being the closest location to me. I've been to countless locations, even in other states, this one being the absolute worst I've ever visited. I place a mobile order, and from it being placed at 12:18, my order still wasn't ready until 12:35. Despite the fact that there were two customers in the building, I had to wait additional time after ordering 15 minutes prior. One of the workers was a girl with black hair, who spent time on her phone or conversing with the two young men who were actually trying to work. For my food items, I was completely disappointed. The hashbrowns were soggy. I recieved 6 pieces of Snackin Bacon- ridiculous. And the avacado spread was so thin that I couldn't believe how they could mess all of my food items up. I hope things change.

I live close to this Dunkin so I would frequent it often until the quality and service plummeted. Today my family decided to give it another chance and wow. The new workers were polite, the food and coffee were absolutely perfect. Whoever is working here now, keep them!

At least 50 Bugs in my box when I got my donuts. I walked in to ask for new ones and I look in the glass container to see that every donut has bugs on it absolutely disgusting.

This place hides costs. I ordered two medium coffees and two donuts and a breakfast sandwich. I paid and then I noticed a sign advertising "buy a M/L/XL coffee and get a donut for $1." I checked my receipt and I was charged full price ($1.49 each) for both donuts. Also, the maple sugar crossaint sandwich doesn't come with cheese. It's extra. What kind of breakfast sandwich doesn't come with cheese?Did I argue with them over $1.00 for the donuts? No. Not worth the effort/hassle.Did they lose a customer? Yes.I'll stick with Chick-fil-a.

Really dunkin’ donuts? this is supposed to be a strawberry glazed donut.. did one of you just get hungry for the frosting and lick it off or what happened?!

The woman that took our order was very clearly “out of it”, then, in the 10 minutes I sat there, I watched 3 people come back because their order was made incorrectly. So yeah, everything. Easily.

when we placed our order both of our drinks were wrong & then they told us they didn't have orange juice but someone else popped in and said it was in the back. Instead of re-making my drink from scratch the girl just added other ingredients to the cup. Not good! Starbucks would NEVER. They gave us the wrong donuts, didn't toast our avocado TOAST, the sourdough bread was not toasted like the advertised photo and they forgot my husbands loaded hash browns. I re-ordered them and we waited forever and a day to get them. The staff never called the order # out and we couldn't see the counter from our table. They were just sitting there getting cold. 10/10 do not recommend. We are from out of town & I was excited to eat here but now my husband hates me because it was my idea

Poorest service in town. I bought a hot Chocolate for my did. He was very happy for his treat but these guys selling a water for Hot chocolate price. When I went in the store then they asked to fixed it with chocolate syrup. Even these people were not very confident and inviting to help me. I show attendant was asking her lead for 2nd opinion and she was just ignoring it. Such a shame business in the neighborhood. They just ruined my kids evening. i love dunkin so much!! there are very good employees here but i can definitely tell when there's a new one but they even get the hang of it. i mean not every one can be perfect at something right away. stop hatin on dunkin y'all, also my orders are very consistent way better than starbucks' consistency
