“Taylor, the manager, went above & beyond to make things right after I accidentally came in around 7:30 PM, about 30 minutes before closing, when there were no bagels left. As someone who’s worked in food service I completely understand cleanup starts before closing. They made everything easy & let me come back the next day with no issues. Also, this location has the BEST strawberry cold foam compared to my other local Dunkin. Definitely my favorite location!😁“
“Aliya was amazing. She worked the whole area BY HERSELF. Not once did she get flustered. She kept a smile the whole time. She greeted each person like they were old friends. She is definately worth her weight in gold. Please give her a raise. Others should model themselves after her. Thank you Aliya“
“This is one of my favorite Dunkin' locations across the DFW metroplex! This Dunkin' includes great staff members, who are attentive & knowledgeable. The staff is always willing to correct any mistakes with my order and is very courteous when asking what went wrong. This is the perfect place to bring family, friends, etc. to hang out and enjoy a nice calm moment!“

“Their donuts are very good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired; they serve the drive-thru customers first, and only then attend to those of us who got out of our cars quickly to avoid waiting in the vehicle line—leaving you waiting until they are free.“
“My favorite place to go to get my coffee. They make sure you get ur drinks etc. the way you want. A big shout out to Shazia and Hailey they definitely know how to prepare my coffee and bagel 😅🥰 very very professional, nice and friendly 🥰“
