When you get what you ordered, I’ve found the quality to be decent and what you’d expect from Dunkin. However at this location, it’s only about 50% chance I get what I ordered on the first go. I always place a mobile order. Multiple times I’ve been there and they hand me one thing and if I don’t leave immediately (because I’m waiting on something), they ask me to list off what I ordered in my mobile order as if they didn’t make the rest...read full review
Taylor, the manager, went above & beyond to make things right after I accidentally came in around 7:30 PM, about 30 minutes before closing, when there were no bagels left. As someone who’s worked in food service I completely understand cleanup starts before closing. They made everything easy & let me come back the next day with no issues. Also, this location has the BEST strawberry cold foam compared to my other local Dunkin. Definitely my favorite location!😁
