Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has a large inside area with La-Z-Boy type recliners, conventional chairs, and countertop style seating. However, COVID has taken away any outdoor seating. The personality of the place has been stripped, but the people are very personable and not pretentious. Some customers feel the staff expects a tip but then hands over a black coffee without service. Other reviews highlight incredibly helpful staff who replaced a spilled coffee, and employees who are great and always very kind. The barristers are nice and even made a delicious poor over. One young man working an evening shift was top notch and made sure drinks were exactly right. Popular menu items include the sugar cookie drink at Christmas time and snowman cookies.
